Ground Floor including breaking flooring/Brickwork/ PCC

Breaking flooring/pcc/soling/ cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Providing Soling

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth incuding levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying Concreting

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade the cost of including centering and shuttering 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominalsize derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying Plastering

Providing and laying internal plaster in C.M.(1:4) 12mm thick minimum, to brick masonry and/ or concrete surfaces in any location and at all levels including cleaning and watering the surfaces, filling out hollows or out of plumb surfaces with mortar and finishing to correct line and plumb ,including scaffolding as and where required etc. complete.

Carting away Debris

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Constructing Brick work

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand):With Modular bricks.

Providing Reinforcement

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.

Supplying man power for Drainage Cleaning

Engaging manpower for removing all accumulated silt, debris, and waste materials from the shaft and drainage system, ensuring all blockages and sludge are cleared effectively. Clearing all choke-ups or blockages in the drainage pipes and system, cleaning all chambers connected to the drainage system in the shaft area, ensuring that there is no debris or clogging obstructing water flow. Properly segregating all scrap material removed during the cleaning process (e.g., old pipes, debris) and stacking it at a designated location, cleaning the area around the toilet and shaft is thoroughly left clean. This includes sweeping, mopping, and removing any waste left from the cleaning shaft area all as directed by EIC .

Structural Steel Work

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
