Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well rammed, watered and compacted Complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed

Brick work in CM 1:5mix using country bricks ground molded of size 23 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying of Filling Carth earth of converya

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting up to 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcemeat and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with Kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc,complete as per standard specification - for Truss Work

Supply and fixing of PUF roof panels made up of minimum 0.5mm thick PPGI corrugated Sheet at the top and a plain sheet at the bottom with a layer of rigid CFC free polyurethane foam (PUF) of density 40kg + 2 Kg/cum as insulation in between .The polyurethane foam shall confirm to latest IS 12436. The minimum thickness of PU foam layer shall be 29mm for having 30mm (min) thick PUF panel. The PPGI Sheets shall be of minimum 240 MPA Steel Grade & shall have a Zinc coating of minimum 120 GSM as per IS 277/1992, 5-7 microns of epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet & polyester top coat of 18-20 microns on one side / outer side. The PPGI Sheets / PUF Panels shall have a protective guard film of minimum 20-25 microns to avoid scratches to finished panel during transportation. Providing ridges or hips ,encasing the ends of Panel with plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers etc complete excluding the cost of trusses, purlins and inclusive of cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Granolithic floor finish with C.M. 1: 2:4 mix to 25mm thick using 10 to 12 mm chips including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc,. complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with CM 1:5,12mm thick. over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel Door of any required size with double leaf,outter frame of 35x35x 5mm equal MSL angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5mm equal MSL angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2Nos.horizontal and 3 Nos. diagonal for each shutter using M S flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixin by welding 6 Nos. of hold fasts,2 Nos. wind appliances,3 Nos. tower bolts,1 No. aldrop2 Nos. handles, fixing shutterwith6 Nos.of hinges with outter frame of the door including painting the whole unit with one coat best quality of red oxide primer.

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel Window of any required size with Three leaf.Outter frame of 35x35x 5mm equal MSL angle, Mullion section made of 35x 35x5mm equal T-section, shutter frame made of 25x25x5mm equal MSL angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 1No.horizontal for each shutter using M S flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixin by welding.Protective grill with 12 mm squqre M S rods at an intervel of not grater than 10 cm centre to centre to the outter frame.2 Nos of peg stays with hole for keeping the windows open in different positions,2 Nos. of locking handles fixing the shutters with 4 Nos. of hinges hold fasts, 6 Nos.of hinges with outter frame of the window including painting the whole unit with one coat best quality of red oxide primer.

Fixing of Steel rolling shutters including cost and conveyence to work site and labour cherges etc complete

Fixing of Steel Glased ventilators of size 1.20x0.45m including cost and conveyence to work site and labour cherges etc complete

Distempering two coats with best approved oil bound distemper including cost of painting priming coat over new plastered surface and conveyance of all materials to site and all labor charges

Interior / Exterior Emulsion Two coats over priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials and labor charges etc complete.

Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position White Glazed European Water Closet of best quality and approved make with 100mm 'P' os 'S'' trap with Double flapped rigit P.V.C. seat cover with C.P. brass hinges with 12.5 litres PVC Low Level Flushing Tank with all internal fittings and labour charges, inclusive of fixing lowlevel flushing tank and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement etc, complete as per standard specification.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 200mm X600mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour l Set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement ,two sand) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed etc., complete as per standard specification

Supply and delivery of 1000 lit capacity and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701/1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,complete as per standard specification.

Provision for RCC Jolly of size 0.45m x0.45m

Provision for RCC rings and cover slab 900mm dia

Supply and fixing of 600mm Turbo ventilator including cost and conveyance etc complete.
