Supply, Installation, Testing & Comissioning of cubical type L.T. Distribution panel board of required size, wall/Stand mounted compartmentalized with maple arrangement having rigid & self supporting structure fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel with M/S angle frame. The panel board consisting of the following switches and cable Allay. [Dim. - 1500mm x 1100mm x 450mm ] A) Incoming Arrangement. switch disconnect or fuse ( panel mounting cubical type) conform to IS 13947 in open execution three pole & Neutral, 50HZ, 415V 415 Amp with 3 nos 415 Amp DIN type HBC fuse link , [L&T/ ABB make]--- 1set B) Bus Section: 415 V 600 A. electrolyte grade tinned copper bus bar, with vertical section of size 4x( 2 X 40 X 5) mm for Phase RYB, neutral bars & Bar for earth. A bus bar shall be fixed with FRP chair & the entire bars are insulated with PVC heat Sinkable sleeve of suitable size & color as per direction of E.I.C. F) Cable Alley: Cable entry arrangement will be provided in the cubical panel in vertical position of size 1000mm x 150mm x 300mm with 200 Amp capacity 4 way AC/DC connector indicating phase & neutral for each outgoing main switches & gland plate must be placed at the bottom of the panel with detachable type as per direction of E.I.C. H) Painting. The complete panel board shall be painted by 2 coats of powder coated synthetic enamel Paint over two coats of R.O. primer of Approved make & brand & color as per Direction of E.I.C. I) Constructural Details: All incoming & outgoing panel mounted cubical Switch disconnector fuse shall be housed in Respective compartment with hinged & gasketted Door at front. All doors shall have Panel lock Arrangement. The panel shall be properly Gasketted to prevent ingress of dust & moisture & Remain. Busbar will be properly arrange & all Switches shall be fixed by M.S. nuts & bolts On angle /flat iron frame base.as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply & Fixing best quality ( 1" thick) bakelite board of size 36"x 42" fixing on flat iron frame on wall with 03 nos 415V, 315 A Rewireble KIT-KIT FUSE 03 Nos & 01 starbolt for neutral connection on porceline chair fixed on bakelite board.

Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of 200x50x1.25mm( 18 SWG) size with 25x25x3 mm angle iron support Incl. Al painting of MS support. Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray bend with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling with two nos. suspenders & 25x25x3mm angle iron for supporting the cross member incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of 200x50x1.25mm (18SWG) size. Incl. Al painting of MS support. [ D-14/34,b(ii)]

Supply of following XLPE insulated & Sheathed cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [Make- Havells / Polycab/ KEI / As per choice of EIC]

4 core 120 sq. mm. multy stranded alluminium conductor Armoured cable.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland for following XLPE / PVC armoured cable (2/4 / 3.5)Core as per GS.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.

Laying of one No. cable as per following size in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as per GS.

1 No Cable above 35 sqmm to 185 sqmm.

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor /pavement / wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish Incl. following size GI [Hot Dip] Wire as Earthing as per GS.

Above 95 sqmm incl earthing attachment in 2x 4 SWG GI [Hot Dip] Wire

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: [G-1/2(A)]

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe. [G-2/3(A)]

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required. [G-2/4(a)]

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. [G-3/5(d)]
