Comprehensive Maintenance of STP with running the plant and generating clear water and pumping in two shifts and including day to day maintenance of barscreen, pumps, motors, electrical panel, air blowers, psf, acf and cleaning of premises. Including all chemical dosing, pumps & motor lubrication, mechanical wear & tear etc.Location: Unit KLP. The quoted rates I shall be deemed to be inclusive of the following: (i)Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipment by regular oiling, greasing changing of gland packing, replacement of nuts and bolts etc. during the period of work order. (ii)Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipment by regular oiling, greasing changing of gland packing, replacement of nuts and bolts etc. during the period of work order. (iii)To provide chemicals such as Sodium Hypo Chlorite and any other chemical required, oil and grease required for operation of the plant. Cost of consumables shall be paid in respective items .(iv) Minor Spare parts if any, required for Operation / Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant during operation and maintainnace shall be borne by the contractor and quoted rate fis deemed to be inclusive of the same. (v) The Sludge generated by the Sewage Treatment Plant shall be disposed by the contractor as per manufacturer’s instructions, OEM directives and as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) The water after treatment and super chlorination must satisfy following quality criteria: [a] BODs - 10 mg/lttr or less [b] TSS - 10 mg/ltr or less [c] COD - 50 mg/Ltr or less [d] PH - 6.5-8.5 [v] Coli form - 100 MPN per 100 ml [e] Residual Chlorine - [0.1-0.2] ppm or more.(f) Electricity and water for operation of the plant will be supplied by the Department free of Cost. (viii) To maintain the installations provided under this contract as per IE Rules / Standard Engineering Practice (ix) Housekeeping and Cleaning of all plant area and panel room with cutting, removing of grass, tree and cleaning of plant area including all mechanical equipment and required labour etc.

Dewatering, removing and cleaning of sludge by mechanical means or manually for all depths. Lift and lead upto 100m from the edge of sump or structure including stacking the sludge as directed and disposed from 50 km out of plant area. Item includes cost of all mechanical equipments, labour, fuel, safety device, tools and plants etc all as directed.

Taking up the unserviceable Bio Pack Media from filter bed providing Bio Pack Media and fixing mix med b\Bio Reactor pack media for increasing biological culture and improving water parameterw with Mbbr reactor self supporting cylindrical shape, with external fans. Media height 16mm, media dia 22mm, specific gravity 0.99 - 0.95 gms/cm3, sufrace area 450 m2/m3, voidage > 98%, color black including labour transport etc all as directed.

Taking up the unserviceable tube deck media from filter bed providing Tube Deck Media and fixing tube deck settling media increasing sedimentation acceleration of sludge with life log capacity and black color, box type structure, PV moc, cross sectional area is 75mm x 60mm, Thickness 1.0mm, settling velocity 05m/sec, weight 50-55 Kg/m3, hopper slope 50-60 degree etc including labour, transport etc all as directed.

Taking up the unserviceable multi grad sand media from filter bed Providing and filling of multi grad sand media for removing color, odor in filtration with filtration rate 5-15, ripening period 15 min - 2 hrs, backwash regeneration method, maximum raw water turbidity is unlimited with proper pretreatment, < 1.5 uniformity coefficient, 1.5 ton / m cub bulk density, 1:1 HCI solution < 2% and percentage of limit 8%+/-. 40 - with size of sand media is 20 pebbles, 12-20 pebbles, 6-12 pebbles, 2-4 Crush, 16/32 fine including labour, transport etc all as directed.

Overhauling, Servicing, minor repairing & refitting with alignment and cleaning including dissmantling of model - SP IH raw effluent pump at equilaization tank with Rewinding, bearing, impellor, mechanical seal, gland, bushing and painting etc all as directed.

Overhauling, servicing, minor repairing & refitting with alignment and cleaning including dismantling of Model - KDS 225 raw effluent pump at equilaization tank with rewinding, bearing impellor, mechanical seal, gland, bushing and painting etc all as directed.

Providing and repairing all plant internal piping at site of work and lowering laying & jointing including welding, cutting and tapping of all inlet outlet MS and GI piping of outer diameters confirming to IS : 14333 - 1996 in prepared tranches to required grade & level including cost of jointing material, labour required for handling & making joints etc. including hydraulic testing of pipes etc. complete all as directed.

Taking out the unserviceable pebbles mediaof any size from sludge-1,2,3 & 4 bed removing and cleaning the same media keeping aside serviceable for reuse and unserviceable disposed upto 500 RM including mechanical equipment, labour and transport etc

M & L for cleaning Treated water over head tank of height upto 20 Mtr from ground level with the following process. (a) Dewatering complete by pumping motor set or manually. (b) Removing sludge/mud settled at bottom, scrapping of floor / wall internally by wire brush and washing floor and wall with using TERBAC-G10/Inoxy 60/NB-69 A aboratory tested branded chemical. Remove the algae thoroughly and clean the surface in all respect and throwing out the sludge / muddy material along with foreign material from inside to outside where directed. (c) Cleaning with fresh water by high speed jet pump. (d) First Bacteria screening is decertification by busing TERBAC-G5/ inohor-5/NB10 a Goverment Laboratery certified branded halogen compound. (e) Again cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner . (f) After that second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using by ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Finally cleaning bacteria screeningterilisation by using strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G 65/INOXI-60/nb-69 .The work including writing letters or figures for date of cleaning and capacity of tank with Synthetic enamel paint black background & letter/ numbers in white colour & words size is 10 cm height on tank ,Testing the water from NABL accreditation Govt Lab,complete all as specified for the capacity1.5 Lakh Gallon. Location:- KLP Location under GE Dehu Road. Note :(i) The Entair work should be carried out by the contractor at their own equiptment,tools complete only electric and water will be provided by department. (ii) Contractor will make alternate arrangement to make sure of water supply to consumer or cleaning of tank in alternate days to avoid hampering of water supply, the same will be done all as per directed. (iii) The Labour engagment for working for cleaning tank is the full responsibility of contractor.

Excavation in trenches for soft and loose soil taking out/laying of pipes line not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in soft/loose and hard dense soil Complete and all as specified the following.

Repair of Defects such as leakage and blockage in CI/DI pipe of size 80 mm to 100 mm including neccesary excavation work upto 6 RM and depth up to 60 cm manually or by JCB (Extractor) and refixing again after cutting and jointing as per site requirement using new CI/DI fittings as required following sizes :- Note :- (a) fittings reqd will be paid in respective items (b) Diffects shoud be rectified within 24 Hrs of intimation oterwised recovery @ of rupees 300 per day will be carried out.

Repair of Defects such as leakage and blockage in CI/DI pipe of size 150 mm to 200 mm including neccesary excavation work upto 6 RM and depth up to 60 cm manually or by JCB (Extractor) and refixing again after cutting and jointing as per site requirement using new CI/DI fittings as required following sizes :- Note :- (a) fittings reqd will be paid in respective items (b) Diffects shoud be rectified within 24 Hrs of intimation oterwised recovery @ of rupees 300 per day will be carried out.

Supply and installed sensor base water leavle indicator along with digital monitor suitable for RCC overhead tank 20 Mtr stagging ,,including necessory electric connection all as directed.
