This work includes identification, marking, providing hilti machine of various type & capacities, shifting & positioning, tools, tackles, performing core drilling using diamond core drill bit in reinforced concrete by qualified operators, fixing of anchor fastener with required torque, cleaning aids, cleaning the area, providing manpower, preparation of reports and submission for acceptance.

Review of DCNs/FCNs/TARs, Preparation of drawings as per the changes, identifying modification in the erected structures, taking the field measurements for providing inputs for technical assistance request, preparation of as built drawings & reports, taking day to day instructions from NPCIL Engineer for overseeing the site fabrication, erection, flushing activities, inspection of FME requirements, temporary pipeline laying. Deployment of Surveyor (minimum qualification of diploma or ITI in civil engineering/surveying or having minimum 1 year experience in surveying using total station) for performing surveying using total station (With free issue survey instruments) by setting of equipment's (positioning, orientation, checking, calibration) for measurements of coordinates of EP, Structures, piping, equipment's, data management and report preparation as per drawings, documents and technical specification . Deployment of one Highly skilled fabricator/grade1 cad operator/Grade 1 Surveyor performing such activity for 9 hours a day (including lunch hour) is considered as one operation.

One unskilled helper carrying out works such as shifting of materials, area clearing, cleaning the floors by sweeping & mopping and collection of waste, disposal at designated area, removal of dust, unwanted sticking, foreign particles, housekeeping, assisting NPCIL personnel and collection and removal of debris like wooden scrap, woods, paper, cement blocks, solid mortar, sand, soil, aggregate, cut pieces of wires/cable, waste sheets, etc from various areas (inside and outside the buildings ) and disposal at designated location for 9hrs ( including lunch hour) a day is considered as one operation. This work includes providing house keeping consumables as per Section V.
Dye penetrant examination : Development of procedure, identification of joints, cleaning, carrying out Dye penetrant testing as per the procedure, drawing and technical specification by ISNT/ ASNT level-II qualified and NPCIL assessed personnel, preparation of reports & submission for acceptance, post cleaning. This work includes providing scaffolding, arranging manpower, tools, tackles, all the DPT consumables of NPCIL approved brands, cleaning consumables as per specifications and house keeping of the area to ensure no consumables are left behind.
Ultrasonic examination of weld joints: Development of procedure & technique sheets, identification of joints, shifting the ultrasonic testing machine to the location, flush grinding the weld joint to meet the requirement, cleaning the weld joint, carrying out ultrasonic examination of weld joint by ISNT/ASNT level-II qualified personnel as per the requirements, technique sheet, drawing and technical specification, interpretation, post cleaning, preparation and submission of reports for NPCIL acceptance. This work also includes erection of scaffolding, arranging manpower, tools and tackles, calibrated UT testing machines, probes of various configuration, couplants, cleaning consumables line acetone, etc
Supply, erection and commissioning of electric 10MT gantry crane: supply, erection, commissioning and periodical maintenance of 10 MT gantry crane of reputable brand over the portal beam at height 31.00m from ground with a lift height of 36m, crane height of minimum 5m, span10.5m to work in outdoor marine condition. The work includes submission of the details of the planned crane to EIC to obtain approval before procurement, supply, transportation to site, lifting and placing the components of the crane over portal beam at 31.00m from ground using crane, assembly, commissioning, arrangements of loads for load testing, static and dynamic load testing, electrical wiring without interfering with other jobs, supply of tools and tackles required for lifting of piping boxes, periodical greasing, inspection, maintenance, supply of spares necessary for operation as per the specification of the manufacture, dismantling, overhauling and handover to NPCIL.
Supply, erection and commissioning of 3 ton electric hoist : Supply, Erection, Commissioning and periodical maintenance of 3 MT Electrical hoist of reputable brand with a lift height of 35m to work in indoor condition. The work includes submission of the details of the planned crane to EIC to obtain approval before procurement, supply, transportation to site, lifting and placing the components of the crane over polar crane at 31.00m using necessary tools and tackles, assembly, commissioning, arrangements of loads for load testing, static and dynamic load testing, electrical wiring without interfering with other jobs, periodical greasing, inspection, maintenance, supply of spares necessary for operation as per the specification of the manufacture, dismantling, overhauling and handover to NPCIL.
Grit blasting and primer application on piping material: Handling, transportation of material , cleaning the surface, grit blasting the surface to required roughness, supply of NPCIL approved primer paint Interzinc 1035 of Akzo nobel make or equivalent , application of primer over the grit blasted surface for thickness of around 50-75 microns dry film thickness as per manufacturer recommendations, drawings and technical specification. This work also includes storage, preparation & submission of IMIR for acceptance, arranging manpower, tools & tackles, establishing the grit blasting facility, cleaning consumables, steel grit as per requirement, handling and shifting of material, preparation of reports and submission for acceptance

This work includes storage, preparation & submission of IMIR for acceptance, cleaning the surface, application of two coats of paint over already primed surface of total thickness of 100 - 150 microns (including thickness of primer) at various elevations as per drawings and technical specification.
