Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring average 25 mm thick surface finished even and rough (as in levelling course) to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Light Shade Vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (Square/Rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match of light shade including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Light Shade Vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (Square/Rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, skirting/ vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match of light shade including 10mm thick rendering for fixing of wall tiles in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles as approved including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250mm x 7mm / 450X350X7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, set & Jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in colour cement to match over & incl 10mm thick rendering for fixing of wall tiles in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and Refixing in the same opening shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each after easing and adjusting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed type B-21 for 100mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1.6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2mm thick Birla/JK Putty in two layers on newly plastered walls surfaces making absolutely even and smooth rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2mm thick Birla/JK Putty in two layers on old wall surfaces including complete removal of existing wall finish of any type with wire brush brooming dusting and finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of foreign materials and making good minor cracks etc and surfaces absolutely even and smooth rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of acrylic exterior weather proof emulsion paint over a coat of exterior primer on newly plastered wall surfaces/old decorated wall surfaces in case of old decorated wall surfaces including complete removal of existing wall finish of any type with wire brush, brooming, dusting & finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of foreign materials and making good minor cracks etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing old paints by paint removes or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers any number of coats any width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wood or wood based surfaces any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN Dbs/TPN DBs/ Main switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs isolators etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down care fully copper/ aluminium sub main wiring of any size from surface / concealed / existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm signle core PVC insulated unsheathed copper FRLSH multi stranded conductor cable in and including concealed PVC conduit of size 20/25 MM ISI marked inclusive of tees, bend, elbows etc upto and including sunk in anodized pressed steel box for housing switch socket etc with white laminted 3mm thick sheet cover ISI marked of suitable size complete including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH cable as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal incuding cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for following:- (a) One light point controlled by one , one way switch 5 Amp

(b) One fan point/ exhaust fan point controflled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator

(c) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board

All as per tiem No 23 above but using 2.5 Sqmm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded flame retardent PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket combition point including necessary running of 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor flame retardant PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

All as per tiem No 26 above but using 4.0 Sqmm single core copper conductor FRLSH cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket combition point including necessary running of 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor flame retardant PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 30 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB 160 A FP, 25 KA 415 V with thermal and fixed magnetic complete all as specified and directed. Make Havells, Cat Part No IHLGSF0025 or equivalent of higher cost.

S&F TPN 12 way 415 V double door complete all as specified and directed. Make- Legrand Cat Part No EKINOX 507728 or equivalent of higher cost.

M&L for laying of concealed PVC conduit of size 20/25 MM ISI marked inclusive of tees, bend, elbows for one LAN socket point alongwith for RJ-11 LAN socket with transparent shutter 1 module alongwith fulsh metal box 1 module and front cover plate 1 module complete all as specified and directed. S&F street light fitting bracket made out of 32mm bore GI pipe, light grade, tubing bend to shape, 1.2 metre long, fixed to pole/wall, painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
