SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF PREFABRICATED SMC PANEL TANK SIZE 6 MTR X 6 MTR X 2.5 MTR (CAPACITY 90 KL) AFTER REMOVAL OF EXISTING STEEL TANK OVER ALREADY ERRECTED FRAME OF STEEL STRUCTURE AND SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF SS IRON REMOVAL PLANT CAPACITY 250 KL PER DAY AT HQ CE (P) SEWAK COMPLEX,DIMAPUR IN NAGALAND STATE
Supply and fixing GRP Hot Compressed Moudling SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) tanks ISI marks on each panel with certificate of ISI (IS:14399- 1996 Part I &II ).The tank shall be assembled/constructed using GRP/SMC panel of 1 m x 1 m, 1 m x 2 m or 1m x 0.5m panel as per site requirement. The roof of the tank should have panel of size1m x 1m or as per site requirement, one manhole should be provided on the roof of the tank with double lip construction and proper locking arrangement. The panel should withstand Hydro Static Pressure of at least 4 times the working load and should be provided with HUG nut bolts/washers; Rubber foam gasket cover washer, cleats, including air vents, PVC support of 110 mm dia for the roof top panels. The tank will be manufactured as per manufacturers specification and met all ISI standards. All M.S. Parts inside/outside should be Hot dipped galvanized to avoid rust. The tank should have ladders inside and outside, provision, provision of inlet / outlet / overflow / drain etc. complete job. The rate include all lead, lift to any distance as a loading, unloading, all taxes, charges, all L&M, T&P as a complete job. Nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be. Capacity of tank is 90,000 Ltrs
Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 250KLD stainless steel iron removal plant and interconnection pipes etc as per latest IS/International standard code and also as per scope of work and other technical specifications mentioned in tender documents including one-year servicing with all required filters & accessories.
