General servicing of 1.5 TR split/window AC units including removing of filters and washing with water, Cleaning of condenser and evaporating coil with jet water, blowing dust/ cleaning of filters checking of connections etc., as required.

S/F of the following accessories for the 1.5 TR AC units suitable for operation on 230 volts,50Hz AC supply, including removing of faulty items, refixing, testing etc., as required. a) Blower/Condenser Fan motor run capacitor suitble for 440V,50 HZ AC Supply

b) 36/45/50 Mfd Metal body Running capacitors suitble for 440V,50 HZ AC Supply for compressor circuit

c) Inverter type 1.5TR AC Unit PCB repair

d) Topping up of R410A/R- 32 refrigerant gas

e) Topping up of R- 22 refrigerant gas

f) S/F Split AC Indoor unit Blower

g) Non-Inverter type 1.5TR AC Unit PCB repair by replacement of faulty components etc.,as required.

h) Replacing of new Blower motor non-inverter type 1.5 TR split AC unit

i)Condencer unit fan Blade

j) S/F of new Indoor unit motor inverter type for blower

k) Split AC unit blower bush

l) Replacing of new condencer fan motor non-inverter type 1.5 TR split AC unit

Dismantling the existing 1.5 TR split AC unit both indoor and outdoor unit with copper pipe and cable, flexible pipe, out door unit stand, Industrial plug and socket, stabilizer and its accessories i/c pump down of gas etc., as reqd.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of 1.5 TR Inverter type AC unit along with the exiting copper piping, PVC drain pipe (shifted along with AC Unit) including gas releasing, insulation and making opening in wall and making good the damages, etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing extra copper pipe line both 1/4"for gas line and 5/8" for liquid line with PVC Flexible pipe including providing foaming along the gas line necessary clamping, etc., as required. (For 1.5TR AC unit)

Supplying and laying 4 Core 2.5 Sq.mm flexible copper wire along with refrigerant pipe etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing 25mm PVC Drain pipe etc., as required.

Complete Gas charging for 1.5 TR Inverter type Split AC units with R410 refrigerant gas i/c pressure testing, leak arresting, vaccumisation, purging with Refrigerant Gas etc, complete as required.

Complete Gas charging for 1.5 TR window / Split AC units/ single circuit of 1.5 TR split AC with R-22 refrigerant gas i/c pressure testing, leak arresting,Vaccumisation, purging with Refrigerant Gas etc,complete as required.

Rewinding of fan motors (1.5TR window AC fan motor/ fan motor of indoor/outdoor unit in 1.5TR split AC unit)

S/F of new PCB for ID unit inverter type AC (Voltas)including testing and commissioning etc., as required( at Darphan Hall 401)

Attending and replacing of faulty internal wiring for indoor/outdoor unit of 1.5 TR Split AC unit testing etc.,as required

Attending emergency breakdown call for 1.5TR Split/Window/5.5TR Ductable Split AC units for attending water leakage, rat bites of internal wiring in AC units and rectifying of fault by disconnecting of any fault/burnt electrical accessories and restoration of AC unit in working condition by making connections wherever necessary etc., complete as required.

General Servicing of existing 3x 5.5 TR Ductable Split AC unit with water, oiling the fan motor, cleaning the filter etc., ,as required
