Periodical load testing and greasing of flame proof EOT/HOT cranes of capacity 3 Ton single/double girder for all motion i.e hoisting traverse, cross travel and longitudinally in full loaded condition, testing including preparation of surface by cleaning /rubbing /scrapping as required complete painting with two coats of synthetic enamel yellow paint of existing color using spray gun and marking SM No etc complete all as specified and directed. (The load near one end shall be provided by the Department and be transported to other end and again brought back to the first end is contractors responsibility).

All as per ser item No 1 here-in-before but EOT/HOT crane of capacity 5 Ton single/double girder complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Grease for lubrication complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Cable flexible PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded 6 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Taking down the HOT crane from the Steel structure, dismantling complete HOT crane capacity 5/3 ton replacing the worn out Gears and reassembling the Crane reinstalling the crane to steel structure and testing for smooth working complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out the unserviceable LT motor from EOT crane capacity 5/3 ton for rewinding and rewinding with existing gauge of wire complete .Installing & testing for smooth working complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix common burnt clay building bricks Sub class B designation 75 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing light grade with all fitting laid in trenches , road or wall for cable protection of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying and testing PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing in repairs for Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing in repairs for Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing in repairs for Copper strip 32 x 6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for coping around poles,including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screwcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning in replacement panel board of size 1M X 0.9M X 0.45M with 3 phase and neutral 415 volt out door type factory made free standing, inter locking arrangement, plate form mounting, dust and vermin proof cubical type IP-42 protection fabricated with 3.15 mm CRCA sheet outdoor type with anti corrosive coating and finally polyester powder coating in Gray shade fully compartmentalized design with 4 No’s bus bar made of high conductivity copper of 90% pure ETP Gray suitable for 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incommer MCCB pre-wired with suitable size of copper strip having colur coading sleeves copper strip short circuit rating 50 KA (rms) for one second including suitable aluminium arth strips confirming to IS and necessary brass cable glands for incomming and outgoing cables angle iron frame of size 50x50x5 mm thick and base of channels and fittings and lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safly with minimum 60cm ground clearance and necessary foundation and all as specified with supply and fixing all as required and directed at site for the following :- (a) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 400 Amps 35 KA with adjustable thermal setting- 01 No (Incoming) (b) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 250 Amps 35 KA with adjustable thermal setting- 02 No (Out Going) (c) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 63 Amps 35 KA with adjustable thermal setting- 01 No (Out Going) (d) Volt meter digital type - 01 No (e) Ammeter 0-100 Amp - 01 No (f) Indicator (RYB) - 03 Nos
