Procurement, supply, handling, transportation of MS structural materials and fabrication, inspection, testing’s and installation of MS Crane girders using MS Plates, ISMC, ISMB and ISA of different thickness with one coat of red oxide, one coat of primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawings and technical specifications, including supply of all consumables for fabrication and erection and as per directed by engineer-in-charge Note: i) Read the technical specifications for complete scope of the work.

Grouting base plate of girders for the EOT-Cranes with Stirrer mixed, M-60 grade cementitious grout (Non-shrink). The following major setps are in the scope of the contractor. i) Procurement of the M-60 grade cementitious grout (Non-shrink). ii) Making the Grout mixture with water as per tech spec. iii) Arranging scaffolding for reaching the corbel elevation. iv) Placing the wood/metallic shutter around the corbel, so the grouting mixture should not flow out and become wastage. v) Grouting the M-60 grade cementitious grout (Non-shrink) with Pump. vi) Removing the wood/metallic shutter and scaffolding after completion of work. vii) Arranging all the tools and manpower for above work. Note: i) The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected. ii) Read the technical specifications for complete scope of the work.
