Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class R.C.C.pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. Complete (a) 150mm dia NP2 class RCC Hume pipe

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including , dewatering, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m and refilling of the sides of foundation all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (a) All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling of river sand for cushion bed of kids playing area, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level : a) Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum

All works upto plinth level : (a) Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for slabs, Beams and lintel sunshade etc,(any thickness) including removal of shuttering and props etc at all levels and all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and constructing half brick masonry with non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conformingio IS :12894, in super structure above plinth and upto floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including suitable scaffolding and racking out joints and providing and placing in position 2 Nos 8mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and constructing brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure up to floor five level in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including suitable scoffolding and racking out joints etc, and all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing plastering to the internal / External surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Taking out existing MS gate shutters, reducing height as required for upcoming ramp. This is including cutting, grinding and welding , and refixing of repaired gate to existing hinges, replacement of existing MS sheets with angles, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Gate shutters size is 1.80 x 1.50 meter

Removing and refixing the existing children's playing equipment in the playground area taking out MS frames from R.C.C. in various sizes and types of equipment like Slide, Iron Jungle Gym, Double Swing and basket ball post etc., including demolishing of R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means and stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note : Casting new concrete pedastal and earth work will be paid under relavant items.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable primer shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal and cutting of live coconut trees including disposal of unwanted cut pices of wood pices etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All safety precautions are to be followed strictly since it is a residential campus.

Shifting of existing RCC benchs of all types, including removal of bed, within 30 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Casting new concrete pedastal and earth work will be paid under relavant items.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Note: A sample of paver block comperssion strength will be tested and its cost is including of the quoted rates.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
