Earthing Earthing for HWGs, pumps and other allied erquipments inside boiler house using copper plate electrode of size 500 x 500x 3 mm placed in 1000 x 1000x 1800 mm pit filled with charcoal & salt by copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm alongwith perforated G.I pipe. Copper strip of size 15x3 mm from earthing electrode to the Electric Panel, Stabilizer, boiler and pumps using proper fasteners concealed under floor.
Anti freeze (Coolant) Providing and filling of Nontoxic antifreeze (the right antifreeze product intended for use in heating boiler) of propylene glycol solution and water mixture. The ratio of antifreeze solution to the water shall be the optimum to achieve desired freeze protection of –40°C. Note: The quantity of anti-freeze is purely tentative.
