Design, supply and replacement of existing taxiway guidance sign board sheet of various sizes made out of 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free face, screen printed letter & symbol on self adhesive vinyl film with required colouring & applied on the inside face of polycarbonate sheet complete as required and meeting ICAO Annex 14 specifications.

Servicing and overhauling of 1250A/ 800A, C - Power Air-circuit Breaker i/c supply of maintenance kit for servicing of Air-circuit Breaker through OEM/authorized representative of OEM (Make - L&T).

Carry out C check maintenance of 45 KVA DG set (Engine make Kirloskar, model 3R1040TAG1) through authorised service dealer of Kriloskar including service charges, supply of C check maintenacne kit includes filters, mobile oil etc as required as per manufactuer recommendations.

Numbering of GLF fittings/transformer housing boxes with approved colour paint as required.

Carry out visit of service engineer and calibration of Allen Bradley PLC in existing DG synchronization Panel through OEM/authorized representative complete as required.

Supply and fixing of Bird Spikes to prevent the Birds on existing GLF fittings.

Excavation for cable trenches in soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meters in width and lift upto 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Upto 6 sq. mm

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Upto 6 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 6 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 6 sq. mm

Supply and Mechanized laying of 90 mm dia HDPE pipe through horizontal direct drilling(HDD) upto 3.5 mtr depth including coupling / jointing of pipe complete as per specification as required.

Supply and Mechanized laying of 40 mm dia HDPE pipe through horizontal direct drilling(HDD) upto 3.5 mtr depth including coupling / jointing of pipe complete as per specification as required.

Supply & laying of 90mm HDPE pipe complete with accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc in the soil for GLF work upto 500 mm deep, back filling & making good the same as per the site requirement.

Supply & laying of 40mm HDPE pipe complete with accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc in the soil for GLF work upto 500 mm deep, back filling & making good the same as per the site requirement.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Constructing brick masonary manhole inside size 120 x 120 cm and 100 cm deep with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks, cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ), 150 mm thick foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) including supply and fixing MS cover made of 5 mm thick MS sheet with handles on both sides, 50 x 50 x 5 mm main angle frame and 35 x 35 x 5 mm angle frame with sheet etc including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.
