Providing consultancy services for digital site survey, geotechnical examination, preliminary planning and conceptual architectural design, preparation of DPR and Bid documents in EPC mode-1 for redevelopment of office complex and construction of Delhi Govt's New Secretariat Complex at Indraprastha Marg (ITO), including preliminary conceptual design and planning, preparation of conceptual master plan, architectural layout plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, conceptual 3D views and perspectives, 3D massing/model, 3D walkthrough, presentation drawings, diagrams and visual material for submission and presentation before stakeholders, architectural visualization and presentation works for approval of the conceptual scheme and drawings, preparation and submission of Detailed Project Report (DPR) including Cost Estimates, Specifications & Design Basis for all the items and services i/c civil, electrical and mechanical, project implementation timeline with year wise fund requirements & Tree and Utility shifting plan, Preparation of Bid Documents incorporating detailed specifications & Design basis as per scope of EPC-1 Mode defined in CPWD Works Manual, Vetting of Detailed Architectural Drawings proposed by the EPC Contractor after award of construction work, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
