SH-I Annual upkeeping of 11 KV Sub-station, 2x250 KVA DG Sets i/c AMF panel and other electrical installations at ARSR Bijwasan on all working days i/c Sunday & holidays including provision of engaging manpower as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract. Note : Contractor has to re-engage all 16 nos. workmen categorized as per the special conditions of contract who are protected by the stay / Status Quo order by Hon'ble high Court of Delhi and subject to outcome of WPC 4564/2019 and WPC 1462/2020.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of package AC Unit (2x3.75 ton) installed at L- Band RADAR tower complete i/c repairing / replacement of compressors (Make-Kirloskar) with new one, refrigerant Gas (R-22) charging, Cleaning agent, Exhaust fan/ Condenser fan rewinding etc. for one year as per scope of work complete as required.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of Water Cooler (Make:Conway Waterpurifier) floor mounted having 80 L Storage Capacity & Cooling capacity of 60 L per hour with inbuilt 7 stage RO and UV purification including replacing of filters as and when required and shifting and positioning of the water cooler & RO at the specified location (if required), inlet/outlet connections and adjustment of TDS etc. complete as required.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of RO(Make : KENT),wall mounted having 8 L storage capacity & purification production rate 15 L per hour including replacing of filters as and when required and shifting and positioning of the RO at the specified location, inlet/outlet connections and adjustment of RO and its TDS etc. complete as required.

Annual comprehensive maintenance of 1.5 / 2 TR split type Air-conditioning unit (Make- Hitachi/Voltas) comprising of compressor, condensing coil unit, cooling coil unit etc. complete as per scope of work.

SH-II Execution of works as per CPWD schedule of rates and specification for amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- as and when required during contract period. Rates for the items under DSR shall be taken as under: Item rate as per DSR-2018 = X Basic rate (on which percentage above or below to be quoted)= Y = X / 1.1405 (ex. GST) Example: if rate of an item as per DSR-2018 = 114.05 Basic rate (on which percentage above or below to be quoted) = 114.05/ 1.1405 = 100 If contractor is quoting Rs. 70,000/- againts Rs. 1,00,000 i.e. 30 % below it means Rs. 70.00 (ex GST) shall be paid for that item against Rs. 114.05 (as per DSR-2018)

SH-III Replacement of following Faulty Electrical items with new one complete as required at site.

3 pin Plug top 6 Amp, 230 V AC

3 Pin Plug top 16 Amp, 230 V AC

Replacement of faulty desert cooler pump with new one of ISI marked suitable for 220 volt AC.

Replacement of faulty HRC fuse link with new one of 2 to 32 Amp rating, 80 KA breaking capacity 415 V suitable for existing panels.

Replacement of damaged desert cooler wood wool pads with new one having suitable for standard size desert cooler pads as installed at site.

Replacement of following faulty digital measuring meters with new one having accuracy operated on 5 Amp. CT secondary.

Frequency meter 1-Phase (Digital), 4 digit with range 30-99.99 Hz with built in transducer, size 96 x 96 mm, accuracy Class-0.2

Replacement of Silica gel for breather for 500 KVA Transformer.

SH-IV Re-painting of L.T. panels, chequered plate, electrical installations etc. with approved quality enamel paint of required colour in one or more coat with spray gun i/c scrapping & cleaning the surface complete as per site requirement and direction of E-I-C.

Re-painting of street light poles of height upto 8 mtr. i/c loop in loop out box with 2 coat of approved quality synthetic enamel silver paint i/c scraping, applying primer paint, foundation painting, cleaning & numbering the poles complete etc. as reqd.

Replacement of following faulty digital measuring meters with new one having accuracy operated on 5 Amp. CT secondary.

Repairing & Rewinding of 3-phase,415 V, 50 Hz submersible pump motors of following capacity by replacement of rewinding kit, defective bushes, impeller, seal, gasket etc. i/c transportation from site to workshop & back as and when reqd. at site. (Note: Dismantled winding shall be retained by the agency)

Charges for removal/ lifting of different size & capacity submersible pump set, from the existing borewell along with pipe lines, cable etc. and fixing the same after repairing. The job is to be carried out as and when reqd. at site. (Depth of borewell is approx. 75 Mtrs)

Dehydration / centrifuging of transformer oil of 500 KVA kirloskar make and checking its di-electric strength before and after the test inclusive of submission of BDV test report before and after the test as per relevant IS standards as at site up to the satisfaction of EIC.( At the time of dehydration of transformer oil, calibration certificate by NABL approved lab of the machine have to be submit by the agency.)

Complete servicing of Air Circuit Breaker of rating 800 Amp. installed in LT panel by authorised service dealer of L & T /Schneider /Cromton Greves and submission of service reports in triplicate etc as reqd.

Calibration of electromechanical type relay set consistig 2 nos Over Current relay and 1 no Earth fault relay (IOC type,Make: Universal Electrics ltd.) by the specialized agency and submission of service reports in triplicate etc as reqd. At the time of calibration of relays, calibration certificate by NABL approved lab of the machines/equipment used for calibration have to be submit by the agency.

Reparing of existing APFC Panel including replacement of following faulty spare parts with new one, final testing and make the system servicable etc. as required.
