REPAIR AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE TANKS, SOAK WELL, SEWAGE LINE AND CERTAIN REPAIR TO MANHOLE IN ZONE-I II UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT

To attend and rectify sewage complaint such as blockage of chocked bathroom / WC / kitchen block / WHB drainage / chamber and also tightening of loose rain water pipe and outlet PVC pipe and making functional open drainage main hole sewage line etc complete all as specified and directed and directed any type any time between 9AM to 6PM including holiday complete all as specified and directed. Note : (1) Only experienced 04 Nos sewage cleaners should be used to attend day to day complaints for above mentioned complaint shall be issued under respective item. (2) Contractor or his representative collect the complaints at 0900hrs from complaint cell of AGE B/R-I and the complaints will be attended / make good/rectified within 24hrs on receipt of the complaints and info the status of the complaint at 1700hrs every day to complaint cell. On failure of the same a penalty of Rs 250/- per day per complaints will be charged.

Cleaning of underground Horizontal sewage pipe of any dia upto 200mm (Cleaning length n.exc 30m from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank) including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and removing waste material/sludge to a distance of n.exc 300m and burrying in a pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering manhole of any depth in any position by pumping out and removing outside Military/Defence land by mechanical means (trolley mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after absorption of water and including providing and spreading required quantity of bleaching powder around the pit or dispose of waste material as per state protocol and washing the top of manhole with fresh water and sprinkling lime to make hygeinic complete all as specified and directed.

De-sludging of septic tank of any capacity including connected intercepting chamber, manhole shaft, sludge chamber & filterbeds of any description and in anmy position by pumping out and removing of sludge outside Military/ Defence land by mechanical means (trolly mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after filling of sludge and including providing and spearding required qty of bleaching powder or dispose of waste material complete as per state protocol, including taking down of slab cover and placing the same in existing postion complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm dia bore drain pipe (salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement concrete complete all specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm bore Salt-glazed stone ware drain pipes crushing strength of less than 16KN/m laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 200 mm bore Salt-glazed stone ware drain pipes crushing strength of less than 16KN/m laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing intergral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparing plastered un plastered old surfaces on wall one. coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved manufacturer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in copings,platform,kerbs,manholes etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L Reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs of manhole/tanks complete all as specified and directed

Note for all above items:- (A) All types of equipments and safety kit required for working in foul condition shall be provided by the contractor to his workmen. The Engineer-in-Charge shall verify these aspects during currency of work. All precautions/safety measures shall be kept in mind during execution of work.
