Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 m Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 301.3

Carriage of earth, sand, lime, morrum, manure or sludge including loading/ unloading etc. complete with lead upto 5km.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including making joints with without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete including painting etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineerin- charge).

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Light shade using shade cement.

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in:Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick .

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 602.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.5 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed Side Formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 602 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments (Dowel Bars will be paid seprately)

Supply of stacking of good earth at site complete including loading unloading & transportation etc.

Spreading of maure and good earth in required thickness (Cost of manure and good earth to be paid separately)

Supply and installation of (PE 08) Horse rider (NAT101) 0.8 X0.44 M , Kompan Make or equivalent The NATURE posts are manufactured from high grade, 100% FSC timber from Brazil. This timber is heavier than pine wood (app. 1100 kilo per cbm.)handle has been designed in such a way that it can be used as a handle and a footrest. The shape and diameter of the handle is optimal for kids, and the special thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) rubber surface makes it nice to touch.The inside is made of a plastic insert (polypropylene) and a square steel core which results in a very rigid construction.
