Preparing old black top surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc and including applying eveny a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG-10 at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying bituminous premixed semi- dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness in single layer using bitumen of grade VG -30, with 5.5 % minimum binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 ton power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam by paving bitumen, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness less than 75mm thickness) all as specified

Preparation of black bituminous roads surfaces and applying thermo plastic road marking paint minimum 2mm thick with an applicator machine and heated mixed with strilling mechanism at 160 degree celsius temperature laid uniformly with and as directed paint conforming to IS 3262 part I & II of 1989 etc complete as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Cat eyes 100 x 100 x 20 mm size made out of poly carbonate and ABS moulded body dynamically designed very high impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos highly reflective reflectors (Red/ Yellow colour) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar road stud aluminium alloy body of size not exc 125 x 125 x 25mm, (red colour) with battery i.e Ni-MH- 1200mAh3 volts , LED -06 Nos blinking type, back up exc 48 hrs.

S&F Polycarbonate convex road side safety mirror of size 600mm dia with minimum 130 degreeof viewing angle and minimum viewing distance of 11 metere with ABS metal backing and the convex mirror shall be fixed to 50mm dia stainless steel pole of height of 1200mm from ground level including excavation of post holes of size 450mmx450mmx450mm and getting out in any type of soil and filled with and including provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and removing surplus soil including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of brick, stone, concrete asbestos or plaster surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint ( plaster coat) complete

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, removal of rubbish and debris outside MOD land complete all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating AZ-150 GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour (ISI Marked) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour use & waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns (Square or rectangular) and stanchions. for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including all fittings (such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps,plugs and unions etc) complete all as directed.

M&L for Non- skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles of any design and pattern, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exe 0.18 sqm but not exe 0.38, in floor etc incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles completed all as specified and directed.

All as item No. 23 above but on vertical surfaces such as a skirtings (Skriting is to be flush with walls) and 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick/Concrete surface as backing coat for tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from external surfaces of walls/ ceiling, washing with water and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal exterior paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of true care exterior wall primer over two coats of external birla putty 1.5mm thick each layer each to level the surface and finished smooth with emery paper No.180 followed by emery paper No.320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron strip electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip of size 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to switchgear equipments/motors protected by 40mm dia light grade GI pipe upto a length of 7.5mtr including necessary excavation earth work, charcoal and salt PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for chamber 40mm thick RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B1 with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both ways, 20mm dia GI watering pipe medium grade with funnel complete and testing complete all as directed.

S&F Galvanised from strip of size 25 x 4 mm from earth pit to test point provided all around the bldg for lightening protection laid in trenches /fixed to walls on eposy insulators with screws etc and connecting up incl taking down old galvanised strip complete all as directed.
