On-Site Support, Warranty & Technical Assistance The contractor shall provide on-site visit support and technical assistance for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of commissioning and handover of the system. During this period, the contractor shall provide service support, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of supplied equipment, if any fault occurs due to manufacturing defects or normal operational issues, as per OEM terms and conditions. The scope of support shall include: On-site inspection and troubleshooting of installed equipment Repair or replacement of defective supplied items Technical assistance for proper functioning of the system Ensuring minimal downtime of the PA/Radio system In case any fault or malfunction is reported, the contractor shall attend the complaint within a reasonable time and resolve the issue promptly. Note: The warranty/support shall not cover faults or damages caused due to: High power fluctuation or electrical surge Mishandling, physical damage or improper use of the equipment Unauthorized modification or repair by any third party All warranty services shall be provided as per the terms and conditions of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
