Prime Coat I) Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack coat ii) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi-Dense Bitumen Concrete (Providing and laying semi-dense Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch HMP produching an average ouput of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specific grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd grade level and alignement rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieved the desired compaction as per MORT&H cl. no.508.complete in all respect. B. (ii) With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for grading II (10mm nominal size)

Providing and erecting of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflected sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below level as per approved drawing and sign.(All the steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand) 60cm equilateral traingle

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compund 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beds @ 250gms per gm per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beds as per IRC :35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MOSTH&H specification.

Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm die cast in aluminium resistant to corrosive of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30mm upto a depth of 600mm and bedded in as suitable bituminous grount or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (part-4) 1973

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three years (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground mixing the soil with decayed from yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the tranches watering fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for one year.
