Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged hand rest with new hand rest of size 240x64x3.30mm, made of polyurethane foam 76-85 shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with metal including scratch proof and weather resistance, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged steel frame with new steel frame, cantilevel type, made of powder coated CRCA tubular frame, hollow section 25x10mm and 18 guage wall thickness, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR REVOLVING (VARIOUS TYPES) (TP/MAP)

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged seat and back with new seat and back of different sizes, made of 120mm hot pressed plywood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam together. Back foam will be disugned with contoured lumber support for extra comfort. Polyutherane foam shall be machine moulded with density 45±2 Kg/ Cum and hardness 20±2 Kg on hampden machine at 25% compression, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The colour, texture and shade of fabric including materials i.e. Acrlic, Polyster, Poly-viscose and Polypropyline shall be approved by GE.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged arm rest with new arm rest, made of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with mild steel inserted, having scratch and weather resistance with 50-70 shore ‘A’ hardness. Arm rest shall be fitted to seat with powder coated arm rest brackets made of 5.0mm thick HR steel, complete all as specified and as per existing pattern and design and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged wheel castors with new wheel castors, injection moulded in black nylon for trouble free movement, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old existing unserviceable/ damaged plywood top from charpoy GI pipe with new plywood top following under mentioned steps, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (a) Taking out old existing unserviceable/ damaged plywood top from both top of charpoy GI pipe. (b) Fixing 02 Nos stiffeners of mild steel angle iron 25x25x3mm, 900mm long, at equal distance and perpendicular to long rails of GI charpoy, fixing by drilling holes including counter sunk screws, nuts and washers at both ends on top side of long rails. (c) Drilling holes two Nos. of 7mm dia in each long rail, short rail and newly welded stiffener of mild steel angle iron. (d) Top of charpoy with plywood, 12mm thick with seven Nos. of ply, commercial, BWR grade, type BB, size 1980mmx900mm fixed to GI pipe frame with mild steel conter sunk screws, nuts and washers, as two Nos in each long rail, short rail and newly welded stiffeners of mild steel angle iron. (e) Painting of mild steel stiffeners with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer after preparing the surfaces. (f) Painting of old/ new galvanised pipe of GI Charpoy and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of silver colour after preparation of surfaces.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing long rails with new long rails for GI Charpoy, 32 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, ISI marked, length as shown in drawings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make of pipe: Tata/ Prakash/ Jindal/ Swastik/ Zenith/ BST/ Kashmir tubes/ Appolo.

Taking out old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing short rails from charpoy GI Pipe and replace with new short rail retrieved from damaged long rail under serial item Nos-24.02 here-in-before including cutting/ threading and fixing/ tightening in the existing charpoys including welding as required, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing leg from charpoy GI Pipe and replace with new leg retrieved from damaged long/ short rail under serial item Nos- 24.02 and 24.03 here-in-before including cutting/ threading and fixing/ tightening in the existing charpoys including welding of 32mm dia washer at bottom of leg as end cap and mild steel clamps as FMN set, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing three way elbows GI from charpoy GI pipe with new three way elbows GI, 32mm bore, medium grade, (ISI marked) wherever required, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing galvanised iron hexagonal check nut from GI Charpoy pipe with new hexagonal check nuts, 32mm bore, 6mm thick, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARM [FD-75(M)]

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing back frame or seat with new back frame or seat,made of Ist class hard wood duly canned canned with cane,plastic ,2mm thick of 1st quality in godrej pattern including french polish ,complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing arms with arms made of 1st class of hard wood size 410 x 50 x25 mm including painting in black clour to wooden portion with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint ,complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing the unserviceable rubber shoes with new hard rubber shoes of best quality from the bottom of chair ,,complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Mild steel flat Iron 30 x 3 mm as stiffner under the seat ,duly welded both ends to frame fixed in repairs ,,complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing PVC caps of best quality , complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- PVC caps shall be approved by GE

Prepration of the existing old decorated mettalic surfaces of the chair CB steel with Arms including welding at joints as required and spray paintings one coat of synthetic enamel olive green paint of approved quality and black colour paintings to wooden handles/arms rest including prepration of surfaces ,complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL (FD-1029)

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existinghasp and stapple of any description and in any position with new hasp and stapple chromium plated ,size 75mm x 40mm x3mm fixing with rivets or srews /nuts , complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing door handle of steel lockers with new handles,mild steel chromium plated of approved make size100mm ,fixed with srews /nuts and pins , complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing hinges of steel locker with new hinges ,mild steel ,chromium plated of approved make,size 75mm , fixed with screws/nuts and pins or rivetted, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged legs with new legs made out of 1.00 mm plane glavanised iron sheet ,size 100mm height and 60 mm wide including welding of legs ,complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged conduit pipe pipe with new conduit pipe ,mild steel chromium plated ,20mm dia and 1.60mm wall thickness ,complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Prepration of the existing old decorated surfaces of locker bed side steel by removing of all dents and filling with putty and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel olive green paint of approved quality on internal and external surface ,complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE DINNING (ORs) [FD-165(M)]

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged top from table dinning Ors with new top made of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board, commercial with one side teak face and teak wood edging 4.0mm thick all around the top, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged legs with new legs, made out of 25mm square mild steel pipe, 1.6mm thick, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Repair and welding, to the serviceable/ broken damaged joints of legs, stiffeners, long rails and short rails, made out of 25mm square mild steel pipe, 1.6mm thick, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of the existing, decorated/ undecorated surfaces of Table dining ORs and spray painting with one coats of synthetic enamel black paint of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIRS TO TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL [FD-84(M), FD-1004]

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged top with new top made of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board, commercial with one side teak face and teak wood beading 4.0mm thick all around the top, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged old drawer of Table office clerk steel with new drawer made out of 1.0mm plane galvanised iron sheet including fixing and welding, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged legs with new legs, made out of 25mm square mild steel pipe, 1.6mm thick, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged locks with new fix new lock for drawer, brass, 45mm size, with double keys and fixed as per existing pattern, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Preparation of the existing, decorated/ undecorated surfaces and removing denting wherever required and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel olive green paint of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged top form teapoy with new top made of 18/19mm thick particle board prelaminated, one side natural teak face, exterior grade, duly covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged conduit pipe with new conduit pipe, mild steel, 20mm dia and 1.60mm wall thickness, in legs/ frame including cutting, welding with existing pipes, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of the existing, decorated/ undecorated surfaces and removing denting wherever required and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO BED HARD STEEL FRAME [FD/E6/MAP/08(R)]

Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged plywood top of Bed hard with new plywood top, 12mm thick with seven Nos. of ply, commercial, BWR grade, type BB, size 1974mmx850mm, fixed with nails, complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing PVC caps of best quality complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:PVC caps shall be approved by GE.

(d) Top of charpoy with plywood, 12mm thick with seven Nos. of ply, commercial, BWR grade, type BB, size 1980mmx900mm fixed to GI pipe frame with mild steel conter sunk screws, nuts and washers, as two Nos in each long rail, short rail and newly welded stiffeners of mild steel angle iron. (e) Painting of mild steel stiffeners with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer after preparing the surfaces. Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing galvanised iron hexagonal check nut from GI Charpoy pipe with new hexagonal check nuts, 32mm bore, 6mm thick, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Note : Colour of polish and particle boards to Wooden Furniture shall be as approved by GE and plywood shall be bearing of Bar Code No.

Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 2,23,575.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
