Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any sweep with frame cable sealing end and dismantling of blades,brackets etc complete. Opening & dismantling of ceiling fans any sweep cutting and taking out old burnt/damaged winding/material/bearing and M&L for re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing/same SWG including all insulating material all as required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning with grease oil and painting the ceiling fan by shiny white colour of recommended quality, re-assembling including provision of PVC copper twisted conductor three core of size 1.0 Sqmm of required length and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Alll as per item No 63 but for Exhaust fan. Note for itemNo 64 to 65:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item schedule as supply only. (a) Repairs under serial item No. 64 & 65 here in before shall be carried out at the site of work. Supply only flexible pipe for cooler as directed by Engr- in -charge.

Supply only cooler grill any make/any type as directed by Engr- in -charge.

Supply only submersible pump any make/any type as directed by Engr- in -charge.

Supply only angle T for cooler pipeline any make/any type as directed by Engr- in -charge

Supply only Fan Blade PVC/iron body with nut, Bolt, washer for (3000/4000) CFM Desert Cooler of any make all as per existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Make:- KHAITAN / SUMMER KING/Shakti

S&F in repair iron frame clamp as per existing one with required no. of nut & bolt to hold fan as well as motor of Desert cooler all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling/taking down of water cooler (40/80) Ltr for repair such as fan motor, compressor and other minor rep & fixing works as in item no. 174 to 179 from any place any capacity, transported to workshop & back after repair and testing complete all as specified and directed (i) Spare Parts required for replacement shall be measured separately under respective supply only items given here-in-after for item no. 174 to 179. (ii) Gas will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Compressor ( Sealed unit ) suitable for 40/80 Ltr. Water Cooler. Make : Blue stare/Voltas/Ushasriram

Supply only Fan Motor 1/10 H.P Single phase,230V for water cooler. Make : GE Motors / Air Master

Supply only Thermostate for water cooler ISI marked,complete all as specified and directed. Make : Denfoss/indfos

Supply only Starting capacitor 60 to 80 MFD 230 volts, 50 Hz. Make : KELTRON / USHA / SIEMENS

Supply only over load relay suitable for Water cooler 40/80 ltr. Make : SRIRAM Model SR 412/522 or equivalent of AE

Supply only Fan Motor blade as per sample all as directed.

VOLTAGE STABILISER Rewinding the burnt/short circuited winding for Voltage stabilizer of 4/5KVA rating capacity single phase 230 Volts of any make with same gauge super enameled copper wire.

Rewinding the burnt/shourt circuited winding for Voltage stabilizer of 2KVA rating capacity single phase 230 Volts of any make with same gauge super enameled copper wire.

Re-winding the burnt/short circuited winding for Voltage stabilizer of 1KVA rating capacity single phase 230 Volts of any make with same gauge super enameled copper wire.

Supply and replace Unserviceable Plug and socket board with metal plug and socket (1 phase+neutral & earth) with 20 Amp rating DP MCB of make- Polycab with item code GPDPS10004 in accordance with IS 13032, IS 8623, IEC/BSEN 61439-3.
