Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).

Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.)
A) Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer (SUNPLEX of sunanda chemical or Cebex-100 of FOSROC or equivalent @ 2% of weight of cement used) modified Cement slurry made with non shrink compound in concrete/RCC work
Removing layer of algae/fungus growth above terrace surface with scrapper/ brush application and detergent water including grouting of cracks, touch up of surface patch with cement paste etc. complete
Water proofing treatment of RCC sunshade with Zycosil / equivalent water proffing solution [1 Litre Zycosil / equivalent & 20 litres of water stirred first & 2 litres of Zycoprime / equivalent added and stirred (total 23 litres)] till it meats the saturation level and testing as per RIELM or by water drops test in which water drop do not absorb but drop remains or rolls.
Cutting of banyan/peepal tree growth around pipes/chambers up to sixth floor level and root extractions with following operations (scaffolding and dismantling of pipes shall be paid for separately wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge)
a) Cutting branches/stems with hand saw/axe etc. including drilling 10mm dia. holes of 100mm deep in as many branches as possible at site and grouting Systemic Herbicide containing Glyphosate 41% (Glycocin of Maharashtra biofertilizer or roundup of Bayer) with 10ml injection syringe, with all safety precaution such as hand gloves, plastic container for handling the chemical, soap for washing hands immediately after grout opertation under proper supervision
b) Uprooting the left over stem/roots embeded in masoary wall/slab adjecent to drainage pipes, after fifteen days with chiesel and pluging gap with cement mortar, disposal of vegetation, debris within 50m lead.
Cleaning terrace of Portico of vegetation growth & silt/soil deposit, garbage etc. and disposal for lift up to 5m and lift upto 50m complete as directed. ( Note- Payment for complete job for terrace of size- 9.25x4.50m shall be made)
Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift upto1.5 m.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after.
The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

(M.S hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/ window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variationin profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Deep cleaning of toilet by with proprieatry chemicals, mechanical tools and speciallised labour for removal of hard stains, decomposed layers in commode/pans/wash basins and claening ceramic tiles in floor and walls and finally dry mop using microfibre cloth etc. complete as directed by Enigineer-in-Charge ( The rate is inclusive of all cleaning materials and nothing extra will be paid)
a) Toilet of floor area upto 5.00 sqmto 10 sqm
b) Toilet of floor area upto 10.00 sqm to 50 sqm
Removing and refixing of wash basin for maintenance and repair works including fixing brackets, screws etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
Credit to the agency for dismantled unserviceable material recovered under the relevant agreement items
