Excavation in Trenches, not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and not exc 1.50 Metre in depth for any type of foundation/cable trench and getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated Materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point in Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 45x45cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable/GI tube, returning filling & well rammaing watering finished suraface of depth not less than 10 cm from top using PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate); including removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down / out old unserviceable GI tubing upto 20mm bore (dia) including all fittings and fixture from floor/wall or trenches including cleaning and stacking for refixing / reuse and removal unusable materals from site of work complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing Cast Iron Air Release Valves (ARV) with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 40 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 40 mm dia including taking out old unserviceable CI ARV all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of Brick Masonry Valve Pit, of size 900mm X 900mm X 900mm (Internal dimension), one Brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundation, Rendering 15mm thick internally upto full depth and externally upto 150mm below GL, providing 3.15mm thick MS black Sheet Valve Pit Cover, welded with 40X5mm Flat Iron Frame alround including provision of Hinges, Handle and Locking Arrangement and 40 x 40 x 6mm Angle Iron Frame fixed on Top of Valve Pit by means of Holdfast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Block of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm, applying two coats of Synthetic enamel Paint over a coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer after preparation of all exposed to Steel Surfaces including necessary Earth Work in Soft/Loose Soil and demolition of old unserviceable Valve Pit, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Pavings, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete, staging of MS/PVC storage tanks, repairs to pathways etc. including use and waste of Formwork as required/ordered at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in-repair of Rotational Moulded Polyethylene Water Storage Tank 2000 Litre capacity (Cylindrical Vertical with Closed Top), 3 layered, hoisted and fixed in position with and including 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 142gm), all as specified in MES Schedule Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment, more stable than Chlorine Gas and Stronger than bleaching powder (Calcium Hypochlorite), with following specifications: Chemical Name- Calcium Hypochlorite. Common Name- Stable Bleaching Powder/ High strength Bleaching Powder. Appearance- Dry free flowing and free from lumps. Toxic & Undesirable Substance- Should not induce substances beyond acceptable limit as given in IS: 10500 (2012) in treated and disinfected water. Packing- 20-25 Kg Bags/ 40-45 Kg Drums. Packing in drums is preferable to reduce fire hazard in places of high ambient temperature. Available Chlorine- 65% by mass (min). Stability- 1/15 Loss of Chloride on basis of available chloride (max). Particle size (Passing through 1.70mm IS Sieve)- 99.50% by mass (min). Water insoluble matter- 6% (max). M&L for repairing of leakage pipe line after disconnecting near by joint, including cutting existing GI water tubing of any size and any description for alterations or addition including screwing/threading, jointing and replacing with suitable size GI short piece and fittings as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: required fitting/short pieces will be paid and measured under relavent items here in after.
