Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing including ridge complete all as specified.

Dismantling of battens for tiles, singles etc, of any size including tiling fillets exc 15 cm complete all as specified.

Dismantling unframed work of timber scantlings 40 sq.m and over in any section, in any position complete all as specified.

M & L for Clean sawn 2 nd class hard wood in scantling as a post and rafter complete all as specified.

S & F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt weided tubes conforming ti I.S 1161-1998 grade St 240 complete all as specified.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws as specified incl filling of gaps between wall and sheet with PCC 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded agg)/ brick work as requred on site cost of the same shall be deemed to be included complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M & L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over priming with red oxide over preparation of new surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board(fiblre, pulp, insulation etc) any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.
