Capacitor should have discharge resistor and over pressure disconnection as per RDSO modification sheet no. RDSO/PE/MS/ AC/0054-2011 (Rev-0) and confirming to IS: 13340, suitable for capacitor bank for LHB Type (EOG AC coaches/Power Car/EOG GS AC Coaches and Double Decker AC EOG coaches.) (Make and Model should be M/s EPCOS part no. B25671R4032A 80 and M/s VISHAY PART No. ACMKPHD480.3.3.00 or any other RDSO approved make confirming to IS: 13340 with ISI mark and having properties as defined in Table-1 as per RDSO modification sheet no. RDSO/PE/MS/AC/0054-2011 (Rev-0) and confirming to RCF EDML-130 (rev-1) corrigendum 1 to 7. Firm shall submit complete type test report as per IS:13340 along with latest ISI certification.

Railway reserves the right to procure bulk or entire qty from OEM or its authorized dealer of approved Make/Model as per item description or specification mentioned in description. Note: (i) Any other make and model of equipment /component can only be considered with prior approval of RDSO/ICF/RCF/MCF(ii) Offers of manufacturer or their Authorized dealer with Tender Specific Authorization shall only be entertained.
