CERTAIN REPAIRS TO ROAD BERMS HARDSTANDING AND INTERNAL ROADS IN AREA OF AGE BR I UNDER GE WEST JALANDHAR CANTT

M& L for preparation of existing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt and loose material and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5kg/10 sqm of road surface, providing and laying Semi dense bituminous premix asphaltic concrete 30mm thick consolidted thickness with 5.5% binder content of bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, laid using mechanical paver, and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 ton power road roller to required camber and gradient, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to pot holes, any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc cutting around edges, at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen @9.8 kg per 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed ( including supply of premixed macadam, binder VG-30 and chippings) depth of pot hole exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and depth not exceeding 50mm deep, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid , rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) with paving bitumen VG-30 @4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and marking broken centre line/side line/zebra line on road pavement and the like of any description & width with 2.5mm thick with thermoplastic paint hot applied with machine, conforming to BS 3262 and according to the specification laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry of Surface transport) Specification 2001 (4th revision), complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 of Dark eye or equivalent from other specified manufacturere, fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

S&F in repair solar delineators made of polycabonate & toughened Auminium alloy body, height- 145 mm, dia- 80 mm , height of pole one metre comprises of 4 ultra bright flashing LEDs which gives 350 degree viewing. Solar panel- 2.5 V, 1.25 V rechargeble battery- 01 No with high intensity reflective band of 25mm width for extra visinility including post of size 10000mm x 47mm powder coated MS pipe and including 30cm x30cm x 30cm cm size block of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, complete, all as specified & directed. (Make: Dark Eye Cat Part No DA 112 or equivalent from other specified makes in Particular specifications)

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sand for sand filling under interlocking paver blocks.

M&L for machine pressed precast, coloured, factory made concrete interlocking paver block of required shape & size, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and with pigment laid in required colour & pattern over 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand., complete, all as ditected. Note:- Sand for sand bedding shall be measured separately as supplied only.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates, cast in situ in kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of paving blocks as directed including use and waste of form work, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for poviding and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting lines, lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads pavements and the like execeeding 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.
