4.14 (406 B) WET MIX MACADAM (Plant Mix Method), Providing, laying, Spreading & Compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material and water at O.M.C. in machenical mix plant carriege of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MoRT&H Specification 406.(B)

Providing and applying primer coat with SS-2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. As per MoRTH Specification No. 5.01 (502 A)

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type Hot Mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 505 Complete in all respects.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with air compressor, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For Bitumenous Surface).

Bituminous Concrete, Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.

Supply & Laying of precast concrete Blocks (Interlocking tiles) for paving of thickness 80mm (Rubber Molded Grey) (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa as specified in IS: 15658) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work as specified in IS 15658:2006 as per SI.No.-17, Ch. No.-5

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.SI No- 12.1 as per S.I. No. 1, Ch.No.-6

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation - Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing. as per S.I. No. 3, Ch.No.-6

Supply & Laying & fixing of 350mm N.P.-3 Hume pipe in proper position as directed by E/l including cartage of pipes/collars upto 30m distance.

Supply & Laying & fixing of 600mm N.P.-3 Hume pipe in proper position as directed by E/l including cartage of pipes/collars upto 30m distance.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 on brick work in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clauses 1300 & 2200 as per SOR SI.N0-20, Ch.No.-06

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-20) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications Clause 1500, 1700 & 2100 as per S.I. No. 8, Ch.No.-6

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.. (Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more). As per DSR No. 5.22.6

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry. cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres By Mechanical Means Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 as per DSR.No.2.4, Ch.No.-4, SI.No.-1

Maintainance Charge including @ All Items total work amount etc as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Years from the actual completion of work. (Total work amount-18086333.15)
