Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead up to 1000 metres.)

Granular Sub-Base with well graded material(Table 400-1) (B) By Mix in Place Method Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator with OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401(Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density(with an initial lead of 5.0 km ) A) By Manual Means. (I) For grading –II (b) Using Screening Type-A (13.2mm Agg.)

(II) For grading –III (c) Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.)

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600:1, cement concrete not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during the trial length construction, concrete strength no to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller(finishing & curing). (Including carriage of mixed materials upto 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant)

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (ICBP) conforming to IS: 15658-2006 including all lead and lift complete as per technical specification and directed. (a) 80 mm thick interlocking precast blocks having compressive strength 40 N/ sq.m

Providing and laying M-40 grade cement concrete edge block/ edge restraints complete asper technical specification clause 1504.
