Repair of Alfa Therm /Thermax / rapid cool Make 1,00,000.00 K Cal/hr capacity water boiler which includes following :- Disconnecting electrically drain out of water opening of burner chamber, blower assembly all accessories & mounting on boiler & taking out helical coil Make : Rapid cool water generator 100000 K Cal/Hrs, cleaning of all part with chemical agents and reassembling of the same after necessary repairing/replacement of unserviceable parts as specified in each items mentioned / directed at site including minor repair such as welding, brazing, fabrication etc and all minor items such as nuts, bolt and washer etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Spare parts required for reapair/replacement shall be measured and paid seperaely under respectively items no 1.02 to 1.12 given below.Cost on account of fixing of spare parts is deemed to be included in rate of this items.

Supply only Inspection glass (gauge) suitable of HWB all as directed as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Photo cell suitable for Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax boiler complete all as per sample all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Input ignition transformer 220 Volts having out/input 11 KV to 14 KV suitable for Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax boiler complete as per sample complete all as directed & specified.

Supply only Ignition electrode suitable for Alfa Therm/ Rapid cool / Thermax boilder complete all as per sample all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Solenoid valve suitable for Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax boiler complete all as per sample all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Fuel filter body suitable for Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax boiler complete all as per sample all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only Fuel filter suitable for Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax boiler complete all as per sample all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only Fuel pump for burner suitable for Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax boiler complete all as per sample all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Sequence controller complete all as per sample all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Digital temperature controller suitable for Rapid Cool / Thermax boiler complete all as per sample all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing refractory plate paste top & bottom side and including gas ket change as per sample all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair of burner and burner assembly of hot water generator of Make : Alfa Therm / Rapid Cool / Thermax model including replacement of unserviceable nozzle with new one of suitable size and other connected items all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rewinding of electric motor 5 HP 3 phase 415 with suitable size super enameled copper wire and insulation as per existing gauge and rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rewinding of electric motor 2/3 HP 3 phase 415 with suitable size super enameled copper wire and insulation as per existing gauge and rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of pressure jet burner assembly suitable for light oil firing with stepless modulation mechanism all as per manufacturer design and of required head and capacity. Make: Alfa Them/Rapid cool/Thermax model hot water generator including all other connected items all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : Schedule of Credit Rs. 10,342.00 (Rupees Ten thousand three hunderd forty two only) will be deducted from the total amouont quoted while accepting the bid. Details of Schedule of credit is given in tender documents
