M&L for loosening the existing ground by ploughing, area around the centre mark 'dropping zone', not less than 15 cm (06 inch) average depth by means of suitable T&P i.e The power capacity tractor of not less than 35 H.P by carrying out complete ploughing with Cultivator followed by proper levelling of the ploughed area by use of leveller and by crushing of mounds of earth to achieve required degree of softness as suitable for jumping purpose including picking/ sorting out of hard material such as kanker, stone pieces/ chips and vegetation shrubs etc in any type of soil including removing the same to a distance exc 1.0km but not exc 2.0km from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:-For Item No 1 and 2 :- (a) Site plan of area is available with AGE B/R-II of this office and same may be seen in any working day during office hours (b) Old material received from above shall become Govt property other than credited items. (c) The payment shall be made only after receipt of requisite certificate from the chief instructor of dropping zone regarding completion of ploughing and required degree of softness of ploughing. (d) The complete ploughing shall be done in both longitudinal and transverse directions by using ploughing equipment i.e. harrow followed by proper levelling by use of leveller till required degree of softness. (e) Ploughing in longitudinal and transverse direction shall be treated as one unit & shall be paid accordingly (f) The above work shall be carried out in 396.625 acre area of defence land. (g) Contractor shall be arranged minimum 2 Nos. tractors alwas on ground at the time of ploughing .

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type- D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 50mm thick PCC type- B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in Floors etc incl finising even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..
