Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft/ loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabrication, welding and fixing of MS works of any sizes of angles irons/flat iron/MS sheet works for valve pit cover, ladder, Sump Manhole Cover, Grills and stair steps etc including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of CI foot valve flanged ends, swing type opration with rubber sheet, as per IS:4038 including taking out unsv foot valve all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item
