M&L wire brushing, cleaning top surface ,Scarping surfaces of roof by wire brushing and removing all loose dust and cleaning and washing down the surfaces with water complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof, minimum thickenss at khurra as 25 mm to maintain a slope of 1:40, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm th 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147)

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes with WPC paid and measered sepretly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to RCC sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams, roof slab and similar RCC work at any position / height( single storey/ double storey/ tripple storey) by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes, including scaffolding upto tripple storey, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The extra area of 300mm around the actual affected area will be checked and repaired and only repaired portion will be taken for measurement. (ii) Rate of scaffolding is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, incl taking down finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound complete all as specified. NOTE:WPC will be measured and paid for separately

Complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 05 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat and over two coat of acrylic wall care putty 1.5 to 2.5 mm as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Internal WPC to be paid seperately.

M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
