Shifting of main tank of 40 MVA, 132/33 KV transformer from safe open space to Loading point approximate 20 mtrs. distance including turning of tank, if required all T&P and all other associated works required to complete the job satisfactory as per technical specification.

Minimum lump sum charges for to & fro transportaion of transformer.

Freight charges on per Kilometer basis for to & fro transportation of transformer.

Loading at one place of UPPTCL site and unloading at any other place of UPPTCL site.

Transit insurance during period of repair and 45days after return of transformer against all risk.

Dragging of New 40 MVA T/F Main tank from unloading site to T/F Plinth at 132 KV Harraiya -Approx. distance -20 Mtr.

(a) Additional shifting 1 Job for every 5 Mtr.

Complete drain out of T/F oil from the Existing 40 MVA T/F in to Empty oil drum/ oil tank.

Replacement of all Gasket including the top Cover of T/F by Providing and Fixing of new gasket as per Existing Size made of rubberized Cork Sheet Kotika / turboze/ Cork brand grade.

Creating vacuum inside the main tank for the period of 12 Hrs and Filling of Centrifusing oil step up to Core & Winding conservator Tank Radiator etc.

Carriage of oil tank 20 Kl including loading & unloading from 220KV store location to near 40MVA T/F-l & II at 132KV Substation, Bansi

Complete, erection of 40 MVA T/F by erection of radiator, conservator tank, bushing with its turrets (if available) connecting of all oil pipe line, erection of cooling fans, making control cables connection, buchholz relay etc. for completing the work, topping of T/F oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator tank and all other associates work for completion of work.

Making of Delta earthing for 40 MVA transformer as per UPPTCL Norms.

Earthing of main tank of 40 MVA T/F by using M.S. flat 50X6 / 75X10 mm size, its jointing with already laid earth mat / Deltas. Neutral bushing support for its earthing work.

Erection of RTCC panel of 40 MVA T/F RTCC panel in control room at 132KV S/S Harraiya including cable termination & fitting and laying of control cable if required as per site requirement and its connections. *

Jumpering of 40 MVA Transformer from HV with Moose/ Zebra/ Panther and LV side with Double Zebra/Moose complete up to 33KV Main Bus.

Centrifuging of complete T/F oil in T/F by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the T/F oil through PVT. Centrifuging machine and taking the BDV and PPM value of the oil Periodically till the required value is achieved.
