Supply,Installation,Testing and Commisioning of HT 11KV, 3Phase 50Hz,having rupturing capacity minimum 350 MVA, totally metal clad withdraw able type, Vacuum Circuit Breaker ( Outgoing panel ) with Copper bus bar of suitable rating, horizontal isolation type VCB of capacity 630 Amps rated current, as per IEC 62271-100-200. The switchgear panel shall be of sheet steel construction with ALUZINC not less than 2.5mm thickness for load bearing section and not less than 2 mm thickness for non-load bearing and shall be totally dust and vermin proof. The offered panels shall be tested for IAC level of 25kA/1 Sec., No. of operation of Vacuum Interrupter Bottles. Following Parameters are desired :-

(i) Mechanical life -30,000 Nos , (ii) Rated Current – 10,000 Nos (ii) Rated Short Circuit Current – 100 nos.- All the main components like VI/ VCB/ Relays/ Meters shall be of same make. Approved Makes: ABB/Siemens/ Schneider/ L&T/ Crompton Greaves. Panel and VCB parameters are as below:- (i) Rated Voltage level/ PF withstand voltage/ Impulse level:12KV/ 28kV/ 75 kVp (ii) Continuous current rating: minimum 630 A (iii) Short circuit withstand current: minimum 25KA for 3sec. (iv) One no. minimum 630Amps horizontal draw out type vacuum circuit breaker in 12KV metal clad floor mounting panel complete with following:-

(a)Manually & Motor operated(230V,AC,50Hz) spring charged type, manually and electrically open (electrical – 110 VDC) operation type, incorporating mechanical as well as electrical ON/OFF indication "OFF" push button, test/service position limit switches, with minimum 6NO+6NC breaker auxiliary contacts in service position. (b) Cast resin Current transformer 11KV, 150-200/5-5A, Core1: class1, 15VA for 3 phase , Core2: 5P10, 15VA, (c) Cast resin potential transformer 11KV/V3/110V/V3/110V/3, 50VA, Cl 1.0, Cl 3P and HT Fuse at the primary end and 04 pole MCB at the secondary end of the PT (Confirming related IS specifications).

(A) Protection arrangements for the breaker shall comprise of the following: ( i) E/F, O/C, S/C, TCS with MODBUS protocol - Numerical Type system in built . ( ii) Relay should have Digital display as per manufaturer recommendations. ( iii) Complete with Master Trip/ Anti pumping relay. All the Relays shall belong to a common platform and shall be of single make (B) The following meters, indications and accessories are to be provided with the panel:-

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type 11kv adopter panel with copper bus of 630Amps for bus extension and suitable connection to above new 4 nos VCBs 11kv 630Amps. Adaptor panel shall be manufactured by the company (M/s ABB / Schneider / Siemens/ L&T/ CG) as per site requirement to match existing VCB. Panels shall be fixed seamlessly. The phase to phase & phase to earth clearance of busbars inside the adopter panel should be maintained properly as per IEC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

XLPE insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor cable, 11000 volts grade, heavy duty, cross sectional area 95 sq mm ,3 core, laid in trenches/ducts/through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and acessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq.mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6.3mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR 1996 part 1 including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil,comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel &wire mesh , PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Returning, filling in, excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing road for laying of HT/LT Cables /MS/DI/CI/GI Pipes and making good the distrubued surfaces as equal to existing road finishes including refilling the excavated material, compacting , WBM and black top carpeting with biutemen & aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
