Supply , install test & commission of LT Panel out door type, Cubicle type, as per CPRI approved for 415 V, 50Hz, rated fault current : 50KA for 0.5 sec with internal arc containment dust, vermin proof, weather proof, IP-54 Grade of protection, providing bus bar of capacity 400 Amps rating including internal wiring using suitable size not less than 1.5 sqmm FRLS copper conductor cable along with ferouls. The panel shall be painted with anticorrosive coating and finally powder coated of flint gray shade (RAL -7032). the panel should be provided with multifunction meters, voltmeter, 3 phase indicators lamps and the panel should be mounted on 'C' channel base of required size duly coated with anti corrosive paint. the circuit distribution lines to be marked over the panel using poly venyl reflective stickering (Where necessary) complete with following:-.

M & L for submain wiring with 2 x 6.0 sqmm + 1 x 6.0 sqmm single core multi straded FR PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor (red for phase and black for neutral) of grade 1100 volts and including electrical grade PVC conduit conductor cable PVC unsheathed green coloured for earthing with complete accessoreis duly connected with earth dolly complete all as specified.

Supply, laying, connecting, testing flexible PVC insulated multistranded 1100 V grade copper conductor unarmoured cable of size 4 sqmm 3 core including electrical grade PVC conduit all as specified.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600x600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron 32 x 6 mm strip as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part-I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI strip and GI pipe 50 mm dia beyond 7.5 metres per earth will be measured and paid separately.
