M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick matt finish(square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tile incl screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for repair of aluminium doors including taking out door shutters and changing of certain parts if required like pilots,hinges,rubber beadings etc as required and re-fixing in same opening and size of doors n.exc 4 sqm each.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction antitermite along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron usimng chemical emulsion at the rate of 2.25 litre per linear meter including drilling and plugging holes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : FOR SL ITEM NO 1 TO 149 : ( a) The bidder shall note that one plumber along with one helper and one Mason along with one helper and one Carpenter along with one helper including T&P shall be made available at the office of the AGE B/R-II/complaint cell, yelahanka throughout the contract period against the fixing of elements covered under BOQ. The rate shall be deemed to be included in this provision in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be entertained by the Govt on this account. (b) Please note that the contract shall run for the period of 11(Eleven) month irrespective of quantities provided in BOQ.
