Regular maintenance works in DM & RO plant
General overall cleaning of all equipments like centrifugal pumps, air compressors, blowers, tanks, pipe lines etc., and keeping the area clean and tidy as per direction of engineer in charge.
Replacement of coupling / checking alingement / Attending gland leak in pumps / greasing of bearing / Attending leaks and topping up of oil level gauges maintenance as per direction of engineer in charge
Maintenance of air blowers / Degasser blowers Degasser towers in DM Plant and RO plant as per direction of engineer in charge
Maintenance of Dual media filter /UF skid /RO skid /Activated carbon filter/Strong acid cation beds / Strong base anion beds/Mixed beds including minor repair works as per direction of Engineer in charge
Unloading of Sulphuric acid / Hydrochloric kid / Sodium Hydroxide from tanker to storage tank in DM plant / Unloading of hydrochloric acid from the tanker to storage tank in Ro plant as per direction engineer in charge
Maintenance of Air compressors like replacement of belts / replacement of oil and suction element in air Compressors / replacement of cartridge filters/DMF bucket filter/Replacment of PVC pipes and fittings /HDPE pipe and fittings etc., per direction of engineer in charge
Loading /Unloading of Chlorine cylinder from lorry /Mobilizing chlorine cylinder to CW/RW chlrination plant and keeping them in service /Attending leaks /Replacing spares including minor repair works in CW/RW chlorination plants as per direction of engineer in charge.
Maintenance of all types valves of size up to 100 mm including attending minor repair works as per direction of engineer in charge
Maintenance of all types valves of size above 100 mm including attending minor repair works as per direction of engineer in charge.
