Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to approved Muncipal dumping ground etc. complete.

Dismantling carefully floor & wall tile work laid in cement mortar & carting away the same outside MDL to Municipal dumpig yard complete. For tile thickness upto 25mm

Dismantling carefully PCC Work & carting away debris outside MDL premises to municipal dumping ground complete as directed at any height / Location etc.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in RS joist and flats:

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to Municipal dumping ground as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches. Plinth, sides of foundations, for levelling etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each layer by ramming and watering, etc complete.

PCC (1:2:4) UPTO PLINTH LEVEL Providing & laying Plain Cement concrete (PCC-Cast in situ) including curing but excluding the cost of centering & shuttering etc;complete as directed.--UPTO PLINTH LEVEL---(1:2:4) Concrete (1 Cement: 2 coarse aggregate: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand, in all positions including base coat of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at 1Kilo gram per cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for fourteen days scaffolding etc. Complete.

Providing second class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional /I.S. type brick since men mortar 1:6 in foundations and plinth of inner walls/in plinth external walls including bailing out water manually, striking joints on unexposed faces, raking out joints on exposed faces and watering etc. Complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, dado over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tiles 600x 600 (Basic rate of tile = Rs 600 per Sq M)

Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. Providing and Fixing Granite of 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar location of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement morter 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigments, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polished to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels--Granite of any colour and shade.
