Supply and installation of ventilators with replacemnet of GI sheets
Supply and transportation of Hurricane Turbo Ventilator (600MM)
Installation charges
Dismantling of existing Turbo Ventilator fans and FRP base (The rate shall be inclusive of necessary arrangement for ensuring safety and reaching to the height of approx 15m)
Providing and fixing Galvalume steel profile sheets of Cold rolled steel confirming to IS:513-2008 of base metal thickness 0.80 mm,Steel surface shall have hot dip metallic coating of Al-Zinc alloy comprising 55% Alluminium, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon as per the ASTM-A792M, with total mass of coating on both sides shall be 150 gms/sqm. The steel shall have organic coating with Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) /Super Durable Polyester (SDP) paint on continuous coil coating line. The thickness of coating on top side shall be 20-25 Microns (i.e. 15-18 microns SMP
Supply of poly carbonate sheets (2 mm thickness, trapezoidal profiled sheeting with 26mm crests) with new PC sheet of Durotuff or other equivalent (ISI certified) UV resistant translucent sheet having same profile as being used in PTA warehouse of PPMC including replacement of existing damaged PC sheet , screws, tape. any adhesive etc.The length of the sheet should suit site dimensions (approx 3*1.2m).
