Fabricating, Supplying, fixing in position of Hot dipped Galvanized MS brackets made out of Angles, Channels, Flats and hot galvanized insert plates, according to the drawings at specified location at suitable intervals. The bracket shall be fixed both horizontally and vertically depending on the pipe locations such as shaft, ceiling, column faces and beam soffit etc. The rate shall include fixing the brackets/plates by using necessary size and dia of anchor fasteners or any type fastening methodology approved by architect. The rate also include making cut-outs/pockets in masonry wall to the suitable size in order to fix the bracket in wall and restore the finish after grouting the pocket with cement concrete etc. complete

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing M.S. holder bat clamps of approved design to PVC water pipes embedded in and including cement concrete blocks 10x10x10 cm of 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and cost of cutting holes and making good the walls etc. : 100 mm diameter

ELECTRICAL WORKS

Supply of horizontal type, openwell submersible water pump with motor, rating 7.5 HP, openwell , 32 - 52 meter head range, 440 V, 3 phase AC, 50 Hz, output delivery size 2" ( 50 mm ) , Shaft shall be made of Stainless steel, IP68 rating for pump , Cathodic electro deposition or equivalent for impeller, Minimum discharge shall not be less than 4 LPS at head of 52 meters, 6 wires connections suitable for star delta starter, with minimum one year warranty. FINAL DISTRIBUTION BOARDS. PART - C - DB's & MCB's : Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all MCB Distribution Boards (10KA) 415V, made out of 16SWG MS sheet steel enclosure hinged MS cover/over flanged cover (double door) with cut-outs for operating the MCB knobs and comprising of phase bus bars, neutrals and earth bus with tapped holes, Bakelite phase barriers, pvc insulator shoes for incoming wire, etc complete.
