Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a tack coat of paving bitumen primer at 5 Kgs/10 sqm using paving bitumen (VG-30) all as specified and directed

Repairs to pot holes of any depth and n exc 1 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen (VG-30) putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (inc supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping). depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as directed.

M&L Premix bituminous, paving bitumen any penetration laid/rolled macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-30)and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less)

Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 25mm consolidated thicknes with Job mix formula using paving bitumen (VG-30) with 5.5% binder content(paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mixed plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete to be uniform surface all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs or tiles of any description or thickness laid dry and pointed in any mortar, in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for(un-rainforcement ) and removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix,type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in subbase to floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment (glossy finish) any shape & size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 grade etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Spreading and levelling of Sand/ grit cushioning below interlocking tiles.

M&L for pre cast machine pressed cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm size graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs stones set in CM (1:4) and fixing all as per manufacturer instructions etc of any section indicated size and shape shall be decided, all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing bituminous surfacesand making 2.5mm thick centre lines stop lines dashesarrows etc and the like n. exc 10cm widt on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided rainforced (rainforcement of cut as required to facilasite demolition etc) and removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete(nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in RCC bands supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,roof, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits o floor or roof beams, beam haunhings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs,etc. also splays between floors and beams etc as in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over including all cutting bending, binding, cranking placing & binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups , spacers and binders etc., including all cutting bending, binding, cranking placing & binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete.
