Earthwork Excavation in foundation in soil mixed with mooram / single / kanker including lift upto 1.5 m lead upto 50m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer i/c within ahead of 50m. (including royalty) for Septic tank, Soakpit tank, inlet Chamber & pipe laying.

Add every additional 30m. Lead or for every additioal 1.5m lift or part of 1.50m. as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in Cement concrete with 40mm guage approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proporation of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded brick aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete , including cost of formwork in foundation and floors as directed by engineer-in-charge.

I-Class Brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand, mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour, t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work. as directed by engineer-in-charge.

I-Class Brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand, mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour,t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour, t&p etc. requir as per direction of engineer in-charge.

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in upto G.L and slab, excluding-supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding. binding wire and including necessary centring and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials required for proper completion of the work complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. (Strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-20.)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work, wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage. Bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured upto floor etc complete.as directed by engineer-in-charge.
