Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 for ceiling and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls, etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer and over one or more coats of wall care putty to a smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new external surfaces of wall etc and applying Two coats of of water based 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint with silicon aditive and colour stay technology, excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gm/litre as per the LEEDS specifications and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) @ 1.79 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm per two coat diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of ceiling including cornices, pilasters etc by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
