Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine aggregate : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine aggregate : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine aggregate)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Engagement of JCB for clearing of bushes and desilting of channrel etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing , hoisting and fixing above plinth level upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement , with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 fine aggregate : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars Fe - 500D or more
