M&L for roof treatment with the following specicification - (a) Removal of existing old treatment of any type and roughening surfacesof old concrete of picking sweeping and washing down with water (b) applying evenly one coat of blown hot bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm on primed surfaces. (e) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighting 3.5 kg per sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighing not less than 160 gms per sqm top of membrane with mineral gravel finish.
