Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or wind ties for roof including securing bolts;complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; including fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plate etc confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Easing/ adjusting & repairing of sliding doors of Aircraft hangers of size exceeding 18 Sqm but n.exc. 45 Sqm of each shutter by providing welding, oiling, greasing, etc all necessary arrangements required for smooth sliding and locking of the sliding door complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note : Supply of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately

Repair and maintenance of roller wheel/berrings of hanger door/shutter of any description and in any position at height not exc. 15m with or without taking down existing wheel/berring, ascertaining serviceability, ensuring smooth functioning of wheel/berrings including greasing, oiling etc and replacement of minor parts like screws, nut & bolts, washers etc and fixing the same in existing position with necessary welding, riveting, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Scaffolding for repair of wheel/berrings upto any height shall be deemed to inlcude in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) spare parts like wheel,pintels,exels shall be measured & paid separatelyly

Supply only MS wheels, pintels, axles of required size and parts required for pulleys for aircraft hanger doors and roller gates with berring and all as specified and directed.

Easing/ adjusting & repairing of roller gates of various sizes by providing welding, oiling, greasing, etc all necessary arrangements required for smooth sliding complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note : Supply of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately

S&F in repairs 0.70mm dia galvanised steel wire netting of mess size12mm fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples in patches to hangar bird proofing net at 10 to 15 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Resecuring of existing steel galvanised wire netting of any size fixed with tinned tack of wire staples in patches to hangar bird profing net at 10 to 15 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level and removing the demolished material to a distance exc 500 m but not exceeding 1.5 km and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8 to 10mm thick double charged vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles over 15mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above here-in-before but as in skirting/dado but 10mm thick cement plaster1:4 as backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 160mm dia PVC (SWR) bend with rubber ring joints at any height. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for Preparing old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The cost of required quantity of insulators required for refixing of the earth strip is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Disconnecting and taking down the all Air termination rod of any type and any size carefully by operning the GI pipe, socket, aluminium gutka and refixing the same at the original position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of making good to the existing PCC block, if reuired shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Note: The cost of necessary bracket, clamps, nuta nad bolts are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flood light 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
