Charges for dismantling of existing damaged return air duct outside the Conference Hall AHU room at 19.2mtr level and removing thermo cole insulation including lead lift etc.,

Charges for fabrication of new return air duct using 0.8mm GI Sheet outside the Conference Hall AHU room at 19.2mtr level (0.8 mm thick GI Sheet will be contractor scope). And also fabrication of air duct using 0.8mm GI Sheet of size 0.5m x 0.5m x 4 m for providing new air diffusers in air-conditioning supply air duct at CE Office. This work involves Sheet cutting, bending, folding’s, drilling holes in the flanges

Charges for erection the newly fabricated return air duct with necessary fastening arrangement outside the Conference Hall AHU room at 19.2mtr level in appropriate manner

Charges for insulation of supply air duct with 50mm thermo cole slab after applying coal tar paint or bituminous compound over entire inside area of new fabricated duct. (Thermocole slab ,bituminous compound/ coal tar paint will be contractor scope)

Charges for Providing two legged Scaffolding using casurinas props and with wooden planks for dismantling , erection , lead & lift etc., of GI air duct leads from AC cooling tower floor- at 10.5 mtr to outside the Conference Hall AHU room at 19.2 mtr. elevation

Charges for opening the bottom portion of the main duct for connect the down comer spool piece with aluminum beading for fixing the diffuser between the main duct and the perforated particle board false ceiling at CE office.

Charges for fabrication of down comer pool piece for fixing in the supply air duct in UPS panel room and CE office.

Charges for fixing the fabrication of down comer spool piece for fixing in the supply air duct in the appropriate manner.

Charges for cleaning and painting with two coat of enamel grey paint in the supporting structures of supply and return air duct of conference hall AHU.
