M&L 40mm thich plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/ court yard, finished even and smooth with using extra cement including demolition of existing cement concrete removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm width of strip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection, concrete shall be laid in alternate bays not exc 3.0m in length, finished even and fair including demolition of existing cement concrete removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of waterproofing slurry to plastered surface of concrete or brick of wall and Chajjas using Advance latex plus ( make berger or equivalent make of pidilite) with one part ALP mixed with 4 parts water and 7 parts of cement including preparation of surfaces complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of Latex shield 2K make Berger or equivalent grade of pidilite in sunken portion , terrace complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

Taking down and removing old water proofing treatment of any description of roof slab and cleaning the surfaces with wire brushes, removing dust, foreign materials and removing the rubbish, debris off the premises to distance exc. 100m and not exc 250m complete all as directed.

M&L for two coats Home Shield PU roof coat of Berger make or equivalent chemical of Pidilite over a coat of primer over plastered surface/ concrete surface of roof including preparation of surface complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

Material and labour for removing of plants, bushes, weeds with roots from walls, roof, chajja, canopy, parapets, roof kerbs, around water tanks, stagings, outlets junctions of water pipe lines , waste water pipe, bends and filling the disturbed area with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) or cement mortar (1:3) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction and making the patch finished as per surroundings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Rate quoted is deemed to be included for scaffolding, safety measured required for working on or up to height of 15 metres vertical slopes)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls using steel wire brush, sanding machine, rubbing ivory papers etc and washing , rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces, preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered surfaces ready to receive new finish complete all as specified and directed. (For item No. 46, 48, 50 and 53 as applicable)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceilings using steel wire brush, sanding machine, rubbing ivory papers etc and washing , rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces, preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered surfaces ready to receive new finish complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for scrapping out old treated wooden surfaces in floors, staircase etc ,sanding the surfaces using sanding machine, application of pigment and hardener to desired colour and finally applying one or more coats of melamine polish with spray guns, compressor etc complete till glossy surface is obtained complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 69 here-in-before but as in wooden doors, window and wall paneling.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of 100% acrylic exterior emulsion paint to mangalore tiles, roof, parapet wall ,floor etc, on buildings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix for 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws with side lap complete including dismantling unserviceable asbestos cement (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc.) sheets all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for 6mm thick asbestos cement, two piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, framed truss etc. complete all as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings, framed work, 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters of windows, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze,etc., divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Par-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing of old steel rolling shutters/side hung shutters of various size in same opening after carrying out repair, replacement of parts as necessary by welding or bolting including greasing, oiling for smooth running of shutters complete all as specified and directed. (Parts to be replced if required will be measured and paid in relevant items as S & F seperately).

Supply and fix for aluminium powder coated three track sliding window with two glazed shutters, one with 4mm thick float glass ordinary quantity and one shutter with stainless steel wire mesh 0.36 mm dia wire and 1.40mm aperture including good quality of bearing handle, locks, PVC rubber lining etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix for aluminium powder coated partition using ‘Jindal’ aluminium SP/ DP section or equivalent make as specified with 5mm thick tinted glass, PVC rubber beading,12mm thick prelaminated particle board fixed with glazing clips etc. including taking down existing wooden partition any descriptioncomplete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, and quality of description) from metal/ wooden frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins, spring clips and providing and fixing new ones and supply and fix 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/ bead in square not exc. 0.5sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs chrome plated wall mixer 3-in-1 system with provision for both hand shower and overhead shower complete with wall flange with bend pipe, connecting legs complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Prayag Cat No 7280 ‘VIVA' Series or equivalent of makes as per Appx 'A' as approved by GE

Note : 1. Rerformance security:- Refer Condition 22 of Special Conditions 2. Quoted Contract Sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of Credit Schedule (refer Schedule of Credit in pdf form for quantity, rate and amount etc.) for old unserviceable materials retrieved from site.
