Preparation of soil report by conducting soil investigation after making bore holes upto 30.00 meter. Depth or upto the depth of refusal, collecting, disturbed and undisturbed samples, conducting standard penetration test (SPT) and laboratory test like liquid limit, plastic limit, grain size analysis, hydrometer analysis, bulk density, moisture content. Specific gravity, triaxial shear test. Unconfined, compression test, differential tree swell test etc, as per relevant IS Codes. Calculation of bearing capacity for different kind foundation system viz shallow foundation (isolated/Raft), pile foundation etc with specific recommendation for suitability of foundation etc and preparation and submission of 06 copies of reports all complete including mobilisation of T&P as per requirement and direction of the Engr-in-Charge. (a) Each Bore holes for soil investigation shall be of 12.00 meter depth. Note : Each bore hole will be measured upto depth of refusal or 12.00 m whichever is earlier.
Compilation of Field and Laboratory test results, Preparation of reports, Recommendation for different type of foundations, water table, submission of all report booklets 05 (Five) copies with CD 01 (One) copy including photographs & videography duly indicating the following :- (i) Evaluation of safe bearing capacity of the soil with respect to shear failure test and permissible settlement (Total and Differential) alongwith recommendation about type of foundation and minimum depth of foundation to be adopted. (ii) Evaluation of Pile Load capacity. (iii) Specific suggestions if any for Soil Treatment if required below foundation /ground floor / roads and type of treatment to be carried out. (iv) Bore log diagram duly showing the different layers of strata met alongwith their depths.
Vetting of geotechnical investigation report from any Indian Institute of Technology/National Institute of Technology.
Carrying out detailed topographical survey making all existing features, boundaries, buildings, carriageways, trees, drains, sewer lines, ponds, hillocks, marshy lands, approached road, main road etc using total station, digital instruments and making contour plan, preparation of drawings, the position of the existing structures with the plinth levels, calculation of the land area, design of drainage pattern and supply of AUTO CAD generated file on CD in the transportation chargesof men & machinery to site and return back after completion of work including mobilization charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) PVC insulated and un-sheathed single core FRLSH copper cable 1100 volts grade with multi-stranded copper conductor in and including double locked PVC Casing & caping accessories alongwith continuous earth wire 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated and un-sheathed single core FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade with multi-stranded copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly, with and including PVC terminal boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws complete for one 6/16 Amps socket outlet on same board.
Supply and fix 20W LED, 4', Wall mounted LED batten, extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat, dissipation & integrated electronic driver etc. with all accessories internally pre-wired and fixing the same on and including two Nos PVC blocks and connecting up with flexible copper cable of size 0.75 Sq mm 3 core from ceiling rose to the light fitting complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and Fix LED 1x20W building Security light fitting drawn through including GI bracket of 25mm bore light grade bent to shape and fixed on wall with metal fasteners 2 Nos 10mm dia incl drilling holes as required and connecting up with flexible copper cable of size 0.75 Sq mm 3 core from ceiling rose to the light fitting complete all as specified and directed.
Sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded, copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sq mm (nominal area), 1100 volts grade drawn through and including adequate size double locked PVC casing & caping and accessories (IS-694 marked in PVC conduit) and fittings and one run of 4.0 Sq mm single core FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor. NOTES :- (a) Two runs of copper conductor, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC casing & caping shall be measured as one run length.
Supply and fix MCB Triple Pole and Neutral 240 volts, 63 Amps, 10KA rupturing capacity, 'C' series complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for wet mix macadam (WMM) of 150mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers each layer 75 mm thick compacted separately with coarse aggregates of grading as specified in SSR Part -I clause no 20.B.2.5.4 and spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required and as specified in sub para 20.B.5 of MES Schedule Part I complete all as specified and directed.
